Employers may begin the recruitment process by selecting a recruitment package, completing the online ordering process, submitting vacancy information, and providing the required company verification details.
Once payment confirmation and verification requirements have been completed, advertisements are generally published within one (1) hour, or within a maximum turnaround period of twenty-four (24) business hours.
To maintain platform integrity, candidate safety, and recruitment quality standards, employers may be required to provide registered company details, business verification information, website information, contact person details, operational address information, and related recruitment information.
Verification procedures help us reduce fraudulent activity, improve candidate trust, maintain platform credibility, and support responsible recruitment practices.
All submitted information remains subject to verification and approval.
Our recruitment packages are designed to support varying hiring requirements.
Available package options may include single advertisement packages, multi-listing recruitment packages, advertisement extensions, employer branding features, and enhanced recruitment visibility options.
Each advertisement credit applies to one specific vacancy only, remains valid within the applicable package period, and may expire if unused within the allocated validity timeframe.
Optional recruitment features may be added during the online ordering process.
To maintain professional recruitment standards, advertisements should contain accurate vacancy information, clearly describe job responsibilities, specify relevant requirements, and comply with applicable labour legislation.
Advertisements may not contain misleading information, promote unlawful opportunities, include discriminatory wording, or violate applicable legislation or platform standards.
Advertisements that appear fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform standards may be rejected, suspended, or removed.
The platform supports fair and responsible recruitment practices.
Employers are encouraged to promote equal opportunity employment and comply with applicable South African labour legislation.
Advertisements may not unlawfully discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, nationality, ethnicity, or other protected categories.
All recruitment services are provided on a prepaid basis.
Payment is due immediately upon online checkout, quotation acceptance, invoice presentation, or recruitment package confirmation.
Accepted payment methods may include EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Credit Card payments, and approved electronic payment solutions.
All pricing displayed on the platform includes VAT unless otherwise stated.
Official business documentation may be provided upon request and verification where applicable.
Limited advertisement edits may be requested within the first ten (10) days after publication.
However, original job titles may not be changed after publication, substantial vacancy changes may require a new advertisement credit, and edit requests remain subject to approval.
Employers may also request advertisement extensions where applicable.
Extension requests should be submitted before advertisement expiry.
Support services may include telephonic assistance, email communication, recruitment support guidance, and operational assistance.
Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00 South African Standard Time (SAST).
The platform is closed on weekends and South African public holidays.
Support response times may vary depending on operational volumes.
To maintain recruitment quality and platform credibility, advertisements may undergo manual review, human verification, compliance screening, and quality assurance procedures.

The platform is committed to responsible information management practices and aims to align with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), and applicable South African legislation.
Employer and candidate information submitted through the platform may be processed for recruitment administration, communication, verification, support services, operational management, and lawful recruitment-related purposes.
Reasonable safeguards are implemented to help protect personal information.
Where applicable, the platform may provide or facilitate telephonic communication, call recording, communication monitoring, support interaction services, and video interview-related services.
Communication interactions may be processed for purposes including quality assurance, training, verification, fraud prevention, operational administration, dispute resolution, and service improvement.
