By accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing services, submitting advertisements, or using any part of this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

  • "Platform", "Website", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the online recruitment portal and its authorised representatives.
  • "Employer", "Recruiter", or "Client" refers to any business or authorised individual using paid recruitment advertising services.
  • "Candidate" or "Jobseeker" refers to individuals browsing or applying for employment opportunities.
  • "Credit" refers to one purchased advertisement allocation.
  • "Advertisement" refers to a published job vacancy listing on the platform.
  • "Business Day" refers to Monday to Friday excluding South African public holidays.

2. Description of Services

The platform provides online recruitment advertising and employer branding services focused primarily on Information Technology (IT), Telecommunications, and Digital and Technology-related sectors.

Services may include online job advertisements, employer profile listings, recruitment advertising packages, advertisement extensions, candidate application facilitation, employer branding visibility, and recruitment support assistance.

All services remain subject to verification, approval, availability, operational capacity, and compliance requirements.

3. Employer Verification & Approval

To maintain platform quality, integrity, and candidate safety, all employers may be required to provide verification information before advertisements are approved or published.

Verification information may include registered company name, business registration information, company website with registered domain, physical or operational address, contact person details, telephone contact information, industry classification, job title, and vacancy details.

All submitted information remains subject to verification and approval.

We reserve the right to reject advertisements, request additional information, suspend services, remove content, or decline publication where information appears inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, suspicious, or inconsistent with platform standards.

4. Non-Discriminatory Advertising Policy

All advertisements published on the platform must comply with applicable South African labour legislation and fair recruitment practices.

Advertisements may not unlawfully discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, ethnicity, nationality, marital status, or any protected category under applicable legislation.

All employment opportunities should promote fair and equal access to candidates.

5. Recruitment Packages & Credit Usage

Each purchased advertisement credit is valid for one specific vacancy only.

Credits may not be exchanged for cash, may not be duplicated, may not be transferred between unrelated vacancies, and must be utilised within the applicable package validity period.

Package validity periods include Single Advertisement Package: 30 days, Two Advertisement Package: up to 60 days, and Professional Recruitment Package: up to 90 days.

Unused credits will automatically expire once the allocated package period ends.

Additional recruitment features and optional extensions may be selected during the online ordering process.

6. Advertisement Editing Policy

Advertisement edit requests may be submitted within the first ten (10) days after publication.

However, original job titles may not be changed after publication, substantial vacancy changes may require a new advertisement credit, and all edit requests remain subject to approval.

7. Advertisement Extensions

Active job advertisements may be extended for an additional thirty (30) days subject to payment confirmation, package eligibility, and operational approval.

Extension requests should be submitted before advertisement expiry.

8. Credit Reservation Arrangements

Unused advertisement credits may, under limited circumstances, be reserved for future use for a maximum period of three (3) months.

Such arrangements must be requested before expiry, remain subject to management approval, must fall within the same calendar year ending 31 December, and do not guarantee future pricing protection.

9. E-Commerce & Online Ordering

The platform provides online ordering and electronic recruitment purchasing functionality.

By submitting an order online, the client confirms that all submitted information is accurate, they are authorised to act on behalf of the business, and they accept these Terms & Conditions.

Electronic confirmations, invoices, quotations, and payment notifications may be issued electronically.

10. Pricing & Payment Terms

All pricing displayed on the platform includes VAT unless stated otherwise.

Services are provided on a prepaid basis and payment is due immediately upon invoice presentation, quotation acceptance, or online checkout confirmation.

Accepted payment methods may include EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Credit Card payments, and approved electronic payment solutions.

We may provide invoices, pro-forma invoices, vendor documentation, company registration details, banking confirmation letters, and related business documentation upon request.

Prices, features, packages, and promotions may change without prior notice.

Annual pricing adjustments may become effective from 1 January each year.

11. Publishing Turnaround Times

Advertisements are generally published within one (1) hour after payment confirmation, or within a maximum turnaround period of twenty-four (24) business hours.

Publishing times may vary depending on verification requirements, quality checks, operational volumes, or technical circumstances.

12. Human Review & Quality Assurance

To maintain recruitment quality standards, advertisements may undergo manual review, human verification, compliance screening, and data quality checks.

Our quality assurance procedures aim to maintain professional advertisement standards, platform credibility, and candidate trust.

13. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We are committed to responsible information management practices and aim to align with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), PAIA (Promotion of Access to Information Act), and applicable South African legislation.

Information submitted through the platform may be processed for recruitment purposes, communication, verification, operational administration, and service delivery.

Personal information is handled with reasonable care and confidentiality measures.

Additional information is available within our Privacy Statement and related compliance documentation.

13A. Qualification Vetting & Verification

The platform may facilitate the vetting and verification of candidate certifications and qualifications. Such verification is conducted only for shortlisted candidates and strictly with their explicit consent.

Verification is performed by validating credentials directly with recognized certification bodies and training institutions. Employers acknowledge that verified credentials are based on information provided by external certification authorities, and the platform facilitates this process without assuming liability for the accuracy of third-party records.

In compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and guidance from the Information Regulator, all personal data collected for verification purposes will be securely deleted once the verification process is complete and results have been communicated. This ensures that candidate information is not retained beyond its lawful purpose, safeguarding privacy and reinforcing responsible data management practices.

14. Refund Policy

Refund requests are considered only under limited circumstances and at management discretion.

Refunds may not be approved where services have already been rendered, advertisements have already been published, turnaround commitments have been fulfilled, or operational resources have already been allocated.

Approved refunds may be subject to administrative review, processing timelines, and transaction deductions where applicable.

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity, reject misleading advertisements, suspend accounts, remove fraudulent content, and report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities.

Any misuse of the platform may result in immediate suspension without refund.

19. Limitation of Liability

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain platform quality and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access, successful candidate placements, candidate suitability, employer hiring outcomes, or uninterrupted technical performance.

The platform shall not be liable for indirect losses, recruitment decisions, technical interruptions, third-party conduct, or damages arising from platform use.

Services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis.
